All websites were offline, webmail and client access to email was affected. 09:25 : We are currently investigating the outage. 09:40 : We are resolving an issue on one of the database servers. We hope to have the service running again shortly. Our apologies for the inconvenience. 10:15 : The primary database server is the root cause of the fault and is undergoing maintenance. Whilst the websites load, webmail login is currently unavailable so we've taken the decision to show this page instead to alert all members to the outage. We'll give regular updates here as the work progresses. 10:30 : The primary database server is still rebuilding, we hope to have an ETA for you in 5 minutes. 10:35 : The corruption of the database is contained to a single section (called a "table"). We're working on a fix that should see the server restored shortly that will effectively wipe the table temporarily whilst we restore its data in the background at a later date. 11:00 : Normal service expected shortly, we will update again in 5 minutes. 11:05 : Primary database back online, final checks now occurring. This appears to be linked to dropouts which were seen several hours ago, but which we believed had been resolved after a reboot of one of the servers.
